Northeast Region Jaycees

Description: The Northeast Region (Illinois) Jaycees was in need of a new website back in 2007, the prior website had not been updated in some time. I migrated the site to the Joomla CMS and the site has undergone annual template redesigns to reflect the Region Director's theme for their year.
